✨ How To Use Your Crystal
1. How To Wear
How To Wear Your Crystal
Wearing crystals is a simple way to keep your intentions close throughout the day.
Crystal bracelets can be worn on your wrist as a daily reminder of your personal goals, emotions, and intentions. Many people choose their wearing side based on their personal beliefs and comfort:
Left Wrist — Receiving Energy
Traditionally associated with receiving, inner reflection, emotional healing, and welcoming positive energy.
Right Wrist — Giving & Action
Traditionally associated with releasing energy, taking action, confidence, and expressing your intentions outward.
You can also wear crystal necklaces close to your Heart Chakra to create a personal connection with the stone’s meaning and symbolism.
The most important thing is to choose the way that feels natural and meaningful to you.

Crystal meditation is not about perfection — it is about creating a peaceful moment to reconnect with yourself.
🌙 Crystal Cleansing & Care
🌙 1. Moonlight Cleansing
Moonlight cleansing is one of the most gentle and traditional ways to refresh your crystals.
Place your crystals near a window or in a safe outdoor space where they can receive the soft light of the moon. Many crystal lovers prefer the energy of a Full Moon, which is traditionally associated with renewal, reflection, and new beginnings.
Leave your crystals overnight and bring them back inside in the morning.
Moonlight cleansing is especially popular for crystals connected with intuition, emotions, and feminine energy, such as Moonstone, Amethyst, and Rose Quartz.
Note: Some crystals may fade with prolonged sunlight exposure, so moonlight is generally preferred for gentle cleansing.
🌿 2. Sage Cleansing
Sage cleansing is a traditional ritual used by many cultures to refresh the energy of personal items and sacred spaces.
To cleanse your crystal, light a sage bundle and allow the smoke to gently surround the stone for several seconds while setting a positive intention.
Many people use this practice when they receive a new crystal, after wearing it frequently, or when they want to create a fresh energetic beginning.
During cleansing, you may focus on an affirmation such as:
“My crystal is refreshed, renewed, and aligned with my intentions.”
Always use fire safely and ensure proper ventilation when using smoke cleansing methods.
🤍 3. Selenite Cleansing
Selenite is often used by crystal enthusiasts as a cleansing and charging stone because of its association with clarity, peace, and purification.
To use selenite, simply place your crystals on a selenite plate, bowl, or next to a selenite tower for several hours or overnight.
This method is popular because it does not require water, smoke, or sunlight, making it suitable for many delicate crystals.
Selenite is commonly paired with crystals used for meditation, relaxation, and spiritual practices.
Note: Selenite is a soft mineral and should be kept away from water to protect its surface.
